with a leather covered barrel on a folding brass tripod stand and associated adjustable oak, mahogany and cast-iron base

Condition

The retractable draws are stuck and the telescope length is from its current position. The leather has shrunk with patches and wear. Stands good. Would benefit from workshop attention. Brass has been polished. Apparently unsigned.
