Condition
GEORGE MELVIN RENNIE, Glen Clusel near Braemer, Scotland:
The board is slightly convex. In overall good condition. Abrasions and accompanying losses along the edges. Under UV light, no apparent inpaints are visible. Framed and ready to hang.
GEORGE MELVIN RENNIE, Marsco & Sligahan, The Isle of Skye:
In overall good condition aside from a very shiny varnish. The board is visible throughout the work, between the artist's brushstrokes. Under UV light, there are some areas of fluorescence in the right sky and the mountains in the right background, but this seems to correlate to the artist's intentions and the use of glazes. Framed and ready to hang.
