Catalogue Note

The arms are those of Henley impaling Fane, for the Right Hon. Joseph Warner Henley, of Waterpery, b. March 3, 1793, m. Dec. 9, 1817, Georgiana, daughter of John Fane, Esq. of Wormsley, Oxon, by Lady Elizabeth his wife, daughter of the Earl of Macclesflield, and by her had issue. He was President of the Board of Trade from March to Dec. 1852 and from March 1858 to Feb. 1859.
