Condition
Oil on panel. The picture surface is in overall good condition aside from some evidence of craquelure in the horse as well as some horizontal lines of horizontal craquelure extending from the right edge. Minor surface dirt. The work retains some minor impasto. Under UV light, the majority of the work floresces green though there are some scattered areas of retouching in the lower right corner and a horizontal line of fluorescence parallel to the upper edge. Additional dots and dashes of inpainting are visible in and around the dog at lower left. Framed and ready to hang.
