  • Study of a purple and white Fritillary
  • inscribed Hen-Morning(?) Fritillaria Meleagris lower center
  • gouache on paper

Condition

Hinged at upper right and left edges. Mounting tape visible through the thin sheet. Faint creasing throughout, with slight buckling at left edge and folds at corners. Slight discoloration at edges where paper was under mount. A few spots of light foxing. Media in good and fresh condition.
