by H. G. A. Huyvenaar, each piece painted with large butterflies with pale pink-edged white wings amidst sinuous sprays of yellow-petalled flowers, comprising: a coffee pot and cover, a sugar bowl and cover, a milk jug and a canted rectangular tray, printed factory marks, painted date cypher, decorator's mark and work order number 1306 or 1350. 6 pieces.

Condition

Coffee pot: minor short, fine haircrack to the rim; there is well-done restoration all around the rim of the cover, probably covering haircracks and/or chips. Sugar bowl: very fine haircrack running downwards from the rim edge into the shoulder; and two other long very fine haircracks, each running from the center of one side (in the flower just above the butterfly) into the bottom of the handle on the right in the catalogue illustration; a third long, very fine haircrack runs up the center of the same handle, curving from the edge of the foot to the edge of the handle at about the halfway point and issuing a number of further minor short fine haircracks or crazing. The cracks are all minor and not disfiguring. The cover is completely overspayed, probably covering restoration to extensive haircracks/chips or a break. Jug: very fine haircrack running from just below the rim down into the handle to about the halfway point; and a second similar fine haircrack running downwards from below the rim into the body to the right of the handle. As with the sugar bowl, the cracks are minor and not disfiguring. The tray appears to be in generally good condition.
