Oil on canvas with a thick, old glue lining. Thick, coarse canvas. Picture surface is dirty. Diagonal creases evident at the upper corners, perhaps from a previous stretcher bar. A stable web of craquelure over the entire picture surface. Stretcher bar marks. Surface dirt and dust. Scattered discolored retouching across the picture plane. Ready to hang.
