- 21 cm; 24 cm and 21.5 cm
comprising: a group of lovers beneath a tree; a group of a shepherd and sleeping girl at a well and a mythological group, all with crossed swords marks and various incised and painted numerals.
Condition
The 'Lovers' group: There are some occasional minor chips and losses to the edges of the leaves, applied leaves, flower petals and tree branches, some of which are restored. Otherwise in good condition.
The 'Well' group: There are some chips or losses to the edges of the leaves and tree branches, some of which are restored, including a slightly larger chip to one tree branch. The male figure's right index finger is chipped away. The female figure's right thumb is chipped away and her left thumb is restored. One of the lamb's ears is chipped away. The top end of the bagpipe on the male figure's back is chipped away.
The mythological group: The male figure's right has been broken off and restored back. The figure's right arm has been broken off together with the female's right arm and restored back. The restoration is slkightly darker in color and shows. There are some very minor chips to the edges of the roses on his wreath.
