the cover naturalistically modelled as a nesting lapwing, CN mark in underglaze-blue, interior of the tureen with inscribed 7296 EIZ.

Condition

There is some very minor and occasional glaze abrasions at the edges. The cover is otherwise in good condition. The tub has several further small chips to the rim edge, which are not apparent from the exterior when the cover is on. Otherwise in good condition.
