The portfolio, comprising six etchings and drypoints, 1924, each signed in pencil, The Promenade Deck titled, from the total edition of circa 500-600, on Van Gelder handmade paper, printed by Peter J. Platt, New York, published by The New Republic, New York, contained in the original brown paper folder (6 prints)

Condition

The prints are in good condition, the full sheets. The sheets are slightly discolored with surface soiling towards the periphery of the sheets. Four prints with creases in the bottom corners and along the bottom sheet edges, the largest 5 1/2 inches. Condition notes for individual prints: Night Shadows: Pale time-stain at the extreme sheet edges. The Promenade Deck: One 1/4 inch repaired tear in the bottom sheet edge. Play: A pin hole in the bottom right corner.
