The complete set, comprising 20 lithographs and a lithographic title page printed in colours, 1989, each signed in pencil, dated, numbered 54/90 verso (total edition includes 10 artist's proofs), each stamped by the Estate of Keith Haring, on wove paper, each framed
Condition
With margins, most of the sheets in good condition, very minor imperfections include: scattered pale fox marks (occasionally mottled) and very infrequent paper discoloration, lightly rubbed areas and infrequent creases to some sheets, prior hinge remains at lower corners of sheets verso, each framed.
Other imperfections to individual sheets are as follows:
Title Page: A couple of possible repairs to the sheet in the blue face and in the second 'o' of the title (mainly visible verso), the sheet possibly backed with Japan fibres, inconspicuous narrow strips of tape at the edges of the sheet verso, occasional creasing to the sheet, pale paper discoloration
Plate 8 (ostrich): A few creases very slightly broken through around the eyes and head of the ostrich (only visible upon close inspection), the sheet possibly backed with Japan fibres (mainly visible verso)
Plate 10 (snail): The top surface of the sheet lightly skinned in places (only visible upon close inspection), an area of paper thinning at the left side of the sheet with associated inconsistencies in the paper tone
Plate 11 (two red faces held by two bodies): A few small horizontal central creases
Plate 15 (outstretched arms): The sheet possibly backed with Japan fibres with associated inconsistencies in the paper tone, areas of light skinning and occasional traces of light surface soiling, a few horizontal creases at the right sheet edge
