Condition

This photograph, on double-weight paper with a faint gloss, is in generally excellent condition. Silvering is barely visible at the image periphery. This print has thin margins along the left, right, and lower edges, and a wider margin (measuring one-inch) along the upper edge. On the reverse of the print, 'Ch 224,' '6/53,' 'M 4,' and '11' [circled] are written in an unidentified hand in pencil. The edges are faintly age-darkened and soiled. When examined under ultraviolet light, this print appears to fluoresce faintly.
