  • gelatin silver print
flush-mounted, notations in ink and pencil on the reverse, 1967 (Diary of Light, pl. 112)

Exhibited

New York, Riverside Museum, The Concerned Photographer, October 1967 - January 1968; traveling to Tokyo, Matsuya Gallery, 1968-1969

Condition

This print on semi-glossy paper is in generally very good condition. The print is trimmed to the image and flush-mounted. It is very slightly warmer in tone along the lower left and bottom edges. In raking light, a very subtle, approximately one-inch-long emulsion disruption is visible in the upper left quadrant that appears to break the emulsion. The upper corners are bumped, and the emulsion is lifting at the tip of the lower left corner. The board and print are trimmed slightly irregularly along the upper left edge. On the reverse, 'CP #97' and 'N4191' are written in an unidentified hand in ink and pencil.
