les panneaux latéraux ornés de grand cartouches polylobés abritant des scènes animées, les autres des tables de lettré chargées de vases fleuris et objets précieux en réserve sur fond de semis de fleurs, les bords plats ornés de motifs géométriques et ruyi stylisés aux angles (l’une entièrement restauré) (2)

Condition

One jardinière is in overall good condition with expected wear around the body and rim. On the other, the base has been completely broken off and restuck, with two associated vertical cracks, one ca. 37 cm long and the other extending all the way to the rim. The rim with two ca. 27 and ca. 25 cm cracks running down with an associated ca. 14x15 cm piece broken off and restuck, and a ca. 13x6 cm triangular chip filled in and repainted. There are several other cracks starting from the rim, between ca. 3 and ca. 12 cm long. The cracks are secured with 10 metal staples.
