Overall the condition of the pendant is very good with some wear and minor dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are some losses to the black and white enamel under the bezel on the lower cross arm. There are small areas of restoration to the enamel on the reverse just under the rose and to the top corner of the left arm, and probably to the suspension loop. There are a few minor losses to the edges of the bezels. There are a few minor scratches and nicks to the stones, including a chip to the lower left corner of the amethyst on the right arm. The hinge of the lid is slightly loose.
