Condition
Overall the condition of the bronze is good with wear and some dirt to the surface consistent with age, including rubbing to the gilding throughout. There is some greening around the two metal pins in the lower corners of the Virgin and Child that connect the relief with the pax. There is some warping to the lower edge of the base.
