Follower of David Teniers the Younger

This painting has recently been cleaned and restored and is in very moderate overall condition. The paint surface has been quite badly abraded in the past, with the loss of many finer details. The painting has recently been restored and there is extensive retouching throughout to disguise the wear. There is a band of restoration and repaint running horizontally across the panel, of about 0.5 cm. height. The varnish is clear and glossy.
