Condition
Hinged to the mount at the upper margin. Overall in good condition. Some faint staining/surface dirt around the edges of the sheet. Medium strong.
Sold in carved and gilded frame.

Charles Thévenin (1764-1838) was primarily an history painter. He was Director of the French Academy in Rome from 1816 to 1823.
