The triptych is in fair overall condition, the wings are stable, the hinges and claps functional, the engaged frame is stable, with some old restorations to the structure and a hole at the top centre. The varnish appears clear and even. The painted surfaces are somewhat fragile, with some lifting throughout. There are some small losses and inspection under ultraviolet light reveals only minor scattered localised restoration.
