Description
- Tiziano Vecellio, called Titian

Condition
The canvas has a firm relining, resulting in a flattened paint surface. The paint surface is secure, stable and very clean. Minor frame abrasion is visible along part of the edges. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals an even varnish and small, scattered retouchings in the white undergarment and in both hands. Otherwise, the work is largely free of retouchings.
