the porcelain box, probably Paris, late 19th century, formed as a giant walnut and painted in 18th century taste with flowers, reeded metal mounts, 6cm., 2 3/8 in.; a green-ground rectangular German enamel box with raised white ornament and floral reserves, gilt-metal mounts, 6.5cm., 2 1/2 in.; and a green-ground Samson enamel pill box, the lid with doves and motto: Esteem the Giver, unmarked, 6cm., 2 1/4 in.

Condition
