Catalogue Note
The names on the cups are for James Wyman married, March 18, 1756, Susannah Cutter, who died May 12, 1772, aged 38; he died October 26, 1813. William Wyman, their son, and the donor of these cups, was born December 7, 1760, and married Mary Wheeler. He was a leather dresser at Boston and died at Baltimore in 1829.
