Description

  • height of second 3 3/8 in.
  • 8.6 cm
the first with piqué decoration and fitted as a writing set, the second of cylindrical form. Together with a metallic thread and fabric-covered box fitted with a pair of scent bottles, 18th century.  3 pieces.

Condition

the first with separation of shagreen at angles; the second with separation of shagreen at borders and loose cover rim; the third with wear and some losses to metallic thread at angles, key plate possibly later
