painted in brown monochrome with a spread-winged eagle perched on a monument inscribed within an oval on its base WASHINGTON, and an oval panel monogrammed in iron-red and gold JRS, set within a band of gold and brown flower-filled drapery entwined with a gilt flowering vine.

Minor wear to the gilding to the rims and handles. Otherwise, in good condition.
