Ti scriverò caso mai per il cavaliere. Io non parto stasera. Ti ringrazio molto a nome di Elvira che stamani è più riposata ma la febbre persiste. Ti telegraferò poi in caso per una visita di Murri..."), 1 page, 8vo, on a letter-card of the Hotel Westminster, Paris, autograph address panel, [probably c.1909-1913]; LEONCAVALLO writes about Chatterton, seeking to interest the French Pathé Recording Company in acquiring the rights to make a film of the opera ("...alla quale cederei musica e soggetto riducibile per cinematografo..."), explaining that he has bought back the rights to the opera from the French publisher and confessing that prospects for the opera in Italy have been limited by the retirement of Lucignani, the creator of the title role, 4 pages, 8vo, Viareggio, 9 May 1914
