Catalogue Note

The Feast at Solhaug was Ibsen's first successful play. Written in 1855, it was first staged at Det norske Theater in Bergen on 2 January 1856. We are grateful to Peter Schmaltz-Jorgensen for his help in cataloguing this lot.
