Catalogue Note

A RARE AGENDA FORMAT BOOK OF HOURS. The Hardouin brothers, Gillet and Germain, issued several books of hours in this format (such as Bohatta 898, 917, 940, 972, 1027 etc), for which they had to use metalcuts from the border decorations in order to fit the narrow textblock.
