the flat interior molded with a flowering peony tree growing behind pierced rockwork on grass, the shallow petal fluted well relief molded with overlapping petals tips, all within a raised rim of scalloped form and foliate scroll border, covered overall in an ivory glaze tinged with gray, the rim unglazed

Condition
Six areas of restoration to the barbed rim; comprising one 30mm restored chip at approximately 2 o'clock in the catalog image; and five restored flakes, the largest approximately 10mm. Some infill evident to the molded relief design of the borders. Minor firing imperfections.
