Condition
The work is in good condition overall, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. There is light wear and handling around the edges of the painting, along with a slight discolouration of the white paints due to age. Upon close observation, faint networks of craquelures are visible along the white strip, and very minor paint losses along the light pink stripe. Otherwise, the paint layers are intact and healthy. Examination under ultraviolet light shows scattered signs of retouching on the background (white paint), notably on the right and left sides, and center white paints (vertical) of the work, but this is not visible with the naked eye. Framed.
