The work is in good condition overall, as is the canvas, which is clear and taut. There is evidence of minor wear and handling along the edges of the work, along with gentle networks of craquelures predominantly along the left border and lower right border. Examination under ultraviolet light shows minor retouching on the top left corner (tree), middle of the top border (tree branch), sprinkled on the top left quadrant (harvesting figures), on the back of the woman cooking and very gently sprinkled on the two central figures. However, this is not visible with the naked eye. Framed.
