There is paint shrinkage and craquelure in the work, in the body of the figure. Previous restoration on the lower left edge of the work is visible on the reverse of the canvas and under ultra-violet light. Minor spots of retouching on the face of the figure are visible under UV light. The white background appears a little saturated in the print catalog.
