Both works are in very good condition overall. On work A, one can see light marks along left and right edges due to mounting.

Catalogue Note
On the French Riviera the town of La Napoule is nearby Cannes where T'ang stayed in the 1950s. T’ang painted several watercolours of Cannes and its surroundings, and at least two oils on canvas produced during this visit: Cannes, la baie et l’Ile Ste Marguerite and Baie de Cannes.
