  • illuminated manuscript on vellum
105x73mm, vellum, a quire of 16 leaves in a vellum wrapper, 16 full-page miniatures arranged in pairs on facing pages, probably the prefatory cycle of a Gospel Book, some rubbing and smudging, with wide margins, stained and creased with some defective edges, in a fitted green and gilt morocco box
