Condition
Oil on canvas, with a relatively new lining. The picture surface is clean, if somewhat flattened, with a stable web of craquelure. Under UV light, the work is covered by a thick green fluorescing varnish that obscures the majority of retouches. There are two small dots of retouching at the lower right and some additional older retouches at the extreme upper edge and in the blue sky.
