Oil on canvas. The surface is in overall good condition and clean though the work is lightly painted in areas. Under UV light, there is an area of retouching in the sky at upper center. There are additional small scattered areas of retouching throughout the sky, especially around the boat's rigging and in the center and parallel to the edges, likely related to the stretcher bars. There are some additional small spots of the retouching in the water, though the majority of the retouching is confined to scattered areas in the sky. In overall good condition and ready to hang.
