Condition
Oil on canvas, unlined. There is a waxed patch on the verso, approximately 3 1/2 inch square, that corresponds to an areas in the sky at upper right. There is craquelure related to the stretcher bar marks visible. Aside from scuffs at the extreme edges from framing, the surface is in overall very good condition. Under UV light, the area of the aforementioned patch has been retouched and there are small scattered dots and dashed of retouching scattered along the edges and in the lower right corner. Framed.
