Oil on copper. Copper in generally good condition. Evidence of inpainting along extreme edges and at upper corners, not visible in current framing. Evidnece of frame abrasions at lower edges and corners. Surface dirt and a yellowed, drippy varnish. Minor scattered varnish scuffs. A few pinpoint losses to the bottom of Jesus' red robe, around his left hand, and an additional three spots in his beard. Additional pinpoint losses scattered in the woman's pail, in her dress, and two at the top of her head. Under UV light: Areas of foliage obscured by varnish. Scattered pin-dots of inpaint in the sky. In overall good condition.
