Condition
Oil on canvas, lined. The picture surface is in generally good condition. Minor scattered dots of slightly discolored retouching are visible. Minor abrasions, especially in the body of the seated paralytic and along the edges. A drippy discolored varnish, visible especially along the lower quarter of the picture. Under UV light, the majority of the work is covered by a green fluorescing varnish. Some minor strengthening to the outline of the figure at lower center. Additional scattered dots of retouching to some of the men's costumes. A few older dots and areas of retouching to the architecture.
