Description

  • platinum, natural pearl, diamond
Of graduated design, composed of 70 natural pearls measuring approximately 8.4 to 4.5 mm, the clasp set with round, baguette and marquise-shaped diamonds, length 17 inches; circa 1930.

Condition

In very good condition. The round pearls have a creamy white bodycolor, with soft rose and green overtones and good luster. A few of the pearls exhibit minor blemishes in the form of dimpling and peeling of the skins, but they are in very good condition overall. The diamonds in the clasp are approximately G-H color, VS clarity. The strand shows very few signs of wear and they appear to be re-strung recently. Accompanied by GIA report no. 1142968453 stating that the pearls are predominantly natural, saltwater. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79087 stating that the pearls are natural, saltwater.
