Centring on an oval tsavorite garnet weighing 6.46 carats, surrounded by eight oval rubies together weighing 5.69 carats, to an outer border set with circular-cut rubies, mounted in 18 karat yellow, white and blackened gold, signed IVY. Ring size: 6½

Condition

Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, the tsavorite garnet is natural, from East Africa, with no indication of thermal treatment. Rubies in the surround, according to GIA report, all rubies are natural, seven stones have no indications of heating and one stone is heated. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the tsavorite garnets is of vivid grass green colour, eye clean and lively. Upon 10x loupe, there is only minute crystal inclusions, not seen to naked eyes. Rubies are of strong red hue, eye clean with natural inclusions and some of them have surface abrasions under loupe check . Other tiny rubies are of similar hue, eye clean. Signed IVY to the shank. Condition: Karat white and yellow gold ring mount, in mint condition.
