Condition

Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, the cabochon colour-changing star sapphire is natural, of Ceylon origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, this colour-changing star sapphire displaying a noticeable colour-change effect from purple colour in incandescent lighting, to blue colour under daylight; also, it shows a fine six-ray asterism (star effect) under spot-lighting. Under 10x loupe, there are silk inclusions, very common in star sapphire and not noticeable to naked eyes. Diamonds in the surround are about F to G colours, VS clarity. Condition: Platinum ring mount, in very good condition.
