Condition
Original canvas. The canvas undulates slightly, particularly in the upper left corner, but otherwise appears sound. There are one or two extremely tiny losses to the tips of the raised impasto, only visible upon very close inspection. There is some very light surface dirt across the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals areas of fluorescence which are thought to be inkeeping with the nature of the artist's materials.
The work is presented in a simple wooden batten frame.
