- Untitled
- signed and dated 1990 on the canvas overlap
- pencil and acrylic on canvas
- 114.5 by 152.5cm.; 45 by 60in.
Provenance
Acquired directly from the Artist by the present owner
Condition
Not viewed out of the frame. The canvas appears sound. There are two very fine lines of craquelure, one to the white pigment at the centre of the canvas and the other in the upper right quadrant near the right vertical edge of the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals one area of retouching just to the left of centre, between the graphite and the upper horizontal edge, which has been very sensitively executed.
The work is float mounted and presented in a simple wooden frame.
