Untitled (No. 126):
The sheet appears sound. The edges of the sheet are slightly scuffed, most apparent at the corners of the work, and there are several soft creases at the upper and lower left corners and along the left vertical edge. There is a very small area of craquelure to the right of the central metallic area, which has resulted in one or two very minor flecks of loss. The surface of the paint is slightly uneven in places, with some losses to the more impasto areas of black and metallic paint. There are several very light scratches apparent to the central area of the metallic paint. There is some light surface dirt and studio detritus across the work, and some light staining apparent around the edges of the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition.

The sheet appears sound. There is a very small tear, measuring approximately 1cm., visible at the centre of the left vertical edge. The edges of the sheet are slightly scuffed, most apparent at the corners of the work. There is a very small crease at each of the upper and lower right corners, and an extremely light crease running the length of the sheet in the right half of the work, only visible upon very close inspection. There are one or two very light scratches to the surface of the black paint. There is some light surface dirt and studio detritus across the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition.

There are several creases to the sheet, most apparent at the lower right vertical edge and in the upper right quadrant. There are some very fine lines of craquelure apparent to the impasto black paint at the lower edge of the work, which has resulted in some small flecks of loss. There are some air bubbles to some of the paint, inkeeping with the artist's working method. There are one or two very light scuffs to the surface of the black paint, apparent towards the lower edge of the work. There is some light surface dirt and studio detritus across the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition.

There are two small tears to the sheet towards the right of the upper horizontal edge, one measuring approximately 1cm., and the other approximately 0.8cm., and a very small tear measuring approximately 0.4cm. towards the left of the lower horizontal edge. The edges of the sheet are slightly scuffed, most apparent at the corners of the work. There are several very light creases to the sheet, most apparent at the lower right corner. There are several very small flecks of loss apparent to the impasto metallic and black paint towards the right vertical edge of the work. There is some surface dirt and studio detritus across the work, from where another work appears to have been laid on top of the present work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.

The sheet appears sound. Some of the tissue paper is slightly loose from the sheet, but otherwise the collage elements appear sound and secure. The edges of the sheet are slightly scuffed in places, and there is a small crease to the centre of the right vertical edge of the sheet. There are one or two very small tears to the edge of the tissue paper, most apparent along the lower horizontal edge and to the edge of the torn-away section towards the top of the left vertical edge.
