Condition
Not viewed out of the frame. The board appears sound. There are one or two extremely small knocks to the board, with associated paint loss, towards the lower right vertical edge, and towards the base of the circle in the lower right quadrant with a further area to the centre of the upper horizontal edge. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
The work is float mounted and housed in a square-profile painted wooden frame, held under glass.
