- Made circa 1990 in Art Deco style.
Condition
These bergéres were removed from the Private Room at The Ivy and show typical signs of wear. The beech frames with old marks and scratches commensurate with age and use and would benefit from cleaning and repolishing according to taste. The frame of one bergéres is faded (as visible from the catalogue image). Both bergéres have been re-upholstered. Sotheby's recommend gallery inspection.
