Condition

There are pin holes at each corner, which appear to be consistent with the artist's working method. The edges of the sheet are rough including two incisions to the edges of the paper in the lower right corner, which appear to be consistent with the artist's working materials. There are some minor areas of surface dirt and studio detritus. The gouache seems to be strong and stable, and subject to the above, the work appears to be in good condition. The work is float-mounted in a simple, natural wood frame. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
