Not viewed out of the frame. The card appears sound. The surface of the ink and gouache appears uneven in places. There is some light surface dirt and studio detritus across the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good condition.
Restless Field:
Not viewed out of the frame. The card appears sound. There are some areas of craquelure, reticulation and slight cupping across the surface of the work. There are also some small losses, most apparent towards the right vertical edge of the work. There is some light surface dirt and studio detritus across the work. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good condition.
The works are both framed and glazed, housed in matching painted wooden frames with a linen slip.
