Quelques piqûres, quelques planches légèrement jaunies et minimes petites taches sur les 3 derniers ff. Petits manques de vélin à 3 nerfs.
Belle édition originale, dédiée au bibliothécaire de Louis XV, Jean-Paul Bignon, avec une préface du grand botaniste hollandais Herman Boerhaave, illustrée du portrait de l'auteur gravé sur cuivre par I. Houbraken, d'une carte dépliante de Paris et ses environs, et de 33 cuivres hors texte d'après les dessins de Claude Aubriet.
