Grand in-8 (275 x 190 mm). Box beige, titre en grandes lettres or au premier plat encadré d’étoiles or et points mosaïqués en box de deux bleus différents, décor répété au dos, tête dorée, couverture, chemise à rabats et étui bordé (Paul Bonet, 1938).
Coiffe inférieure très légèrement écrasée.
